Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

  • We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Sale items, discounted products are eligible for exchange and store credit only (Minus shipping). Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase. 
  • Altered items, custom items and international orders are final sale and will not be refunded or be returnable.
  • Unapproved, unauthorized returns will not be honored or refunded. We are not responsible for returns that we have not approved or authorized by us. Please make sure your return has been approved and you are using the official return label sent by us. 
  • Merchandise that is eligible may be returned for a refund in the form of store credit - a gift card from Sandhya Garg official website in accordance with our return policies.
  • Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Sandhya Garg Gift Card.
  • Items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with all tags still attached.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Label Sandhya Garg has the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
  • Once we receive your return we will issue your Gift Card within 5-7 days.
  • Please note that a $20 fee (shipping fee) will be applied to each return package if you opt for Store Credit or exchange.

How to Return (US Orders only)

Step 1- Send us an email on Labelsandhyagarg@gmail.com from the email address that was used to make your purchase. You will then receive an email in your inbox to initiate the process. Follow the options to begin the return process and get your pre-paid return label.
Step 2 – Pack your item(s) in their original packaging, tags and unworn condition.
Step 3 – Attach your pre-paid shipping label and drop it off at your nearest location.
Step 4 - That’s it! We will notify you via email once the return has been received and processed.

International Returns

Due to high custom duties, taxes and shipping fees we are unable to offer returns on international orders.

Late Returns

Any order that requests a return after 10 days from delivery date are not eligible for refund.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your purchase. Please send images of the damages and all information to Labelsandhyagarg@gmail.com with your order number in the subject of the email.

Exchanges

If you find the size of your purchase to be too big or small, we offer free exchange (Minus shipping charges) of sizes within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Receiving a Refund

Your Gift Card will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund in form of Gift card.

Receiving Store Credit

Your store credit will be issued within 2-3 days of receiving the item at our warehouse. You will be able to use the credit immediately on any future order. If you opt for store credit all returns are $20 (Minus return shipping).
